Well made toaster oven. I used only the toast function so far, and this unit produces terrific toast and hot sandwiches. Very easy to clean. The crumb tray covers the entire bottom of the interior, so it is easy to clean.

this is a super nice oven - I cook everything in it and don't know how I lived without one. it's great looking too!

My only complaint about this thing is sometimes it just stops in the middle of whatever it's doing. Maybe in the middle of preheating. Or maybe in the middle of cooking. Like one time I was out in the kitchen when I was preheating and I noticed I didn't hear it anymore. The temperature still said the same thing the time was frozen but it wasn't running. Likewise one time it was in cooking mode and I was in the other room and noticed I didn't hear it anymore so I thought well maybe I didn't hear it ding that it was done but no it just was frozen. I'm probably going to take it to work to warm up my meals and buy a different brand. Other than that I mean I've made countless pieces of fish steaks bacon and air fryer mode I mean it works well but occasionally it just stops in the middle of a cycle. Odd.

My favorite kitchen purchase ever! I’ve convinced other people to buy them. Why buy 4 things when you can just have this. Super pretty colors, easy o use, fits so much food. Can be a little noisy but not any louder than a traditional drawer air fryer. Food is so crisp and I’ve made so many different things in there.

I have had problems with the product kicking the breaker. I reached out to them directly and they are upgrading and sending me a new one. This type of service exceeds my expectations and I love when a company stands behind their products.

The media could not be loaded. **UPDATE 2/10/2025** 4 months after purchaseI'm angry, mad, disappointed and baffled.This unit was not cheap. I wouldn't call it expensive either but def not cheap. I didn't buy this for a 1 time use. I'm not a dirty person, I'm really clean and care for the things I spend my money on. The unit I got is trash and I don't recommend spending your money on this or you'll end up in my predicament. I also don't ever come back to do updates on products let alone a criticizing one. Well the day has come and I hope my review reaches others and they take note. After only 4 months of light use this oven/toaster looks like it's been through WW1 and WW2 back to back. It's rusty to the point Idk it's safe to use it. It's not just rusted but there's stains that do not come off no matter how much I scrub. Also this unit doesn't close properly and always leaks steam and smoke around the door and trough the cracks in the back as seen in the pix theres light coming through from the bottom unionat vertical and horizontal surface cross. How is this possible??????? Please see the pix. Can't even understand how this happened? None of my appliances EVER looked like this even after years of abuse. Also how come others have not experienced this? Or are you guys not honest? Is mine a complete failure on quality control and if that's the case is this company therefore to be trusted? I've cooked several times already in the 2 weeks I've owned it.I have yet to use it in some of its settings such as pizza, reheat, warm, slow cook or dehydrate but I've used it on all other settings.Pros:- cooks fast and really well- fits perfectly on the countertop with standard kitchen cabinets- is spacious- has all the accessories needed and are extremely useful- uses little energy- cooks multiple foods at the same time- not loud (it's not super quiet either but def less noisy than a standard microwave)Cons:- takes a forever for toasting bread so be patient- mine releases condensation at the front upper corners of the door- vanity colors are not cost justified- steep cost for the quality (see above why)Overall:I'm keeping it despite the issues because it does what it claims and reduced my cooking time in half. I still recommend this unit but wouldn't recommend to pay so much more just for a limited edition color. Looks sturdy, looks durable, it's going to cook a lot of yummy dishes so we will get our money's worth for sure.

This is a great toaster/ air fryer combo we all love it.My unit stopped working so I reached out to customer service to tell them about my unit. I have to say this was the nicest most easy to work with company. I was so happy to thought this company really should be recognized. Good customer service is hard to get.Replacement unit fast and easy. Highly recommended product!
