ASURION 2 Year Headphones Protection Plan ($70 - $79.99)

Totally worth it! My S/O dropped his headphones in the driveway and the charging case stopped working. I submitted the claim, provided all of the documentation and within a couple of days we had our refund. Easy peasy!

I purchased this plan for a wireless headset for my man friend/beau for his January birthday. He loved them very much and when part of the headset broke when he was putting it on he was very upset. I chatted with ASURION representative and they told me how to ship it at no cost to me (they provided the shipping label) and I placed it in the original box , took it to UPS, and the next day I received an email saying my refund was processed as an Amazon gift card. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and I highly recommend if you are given the option for an ASURION warranty, please get it. This is only the second claim I’ve had to request, which is a good low rate for the peace of mind of not worrying if something happens to your new item, you won’t be able to repair or replace it. I highly recommend this warranty service, you won’t be disappointed.

The app is simple, well designed & doesn't take up a ton of device memory.The talkthru & voice recognition features are wonderful. Connecting is straight forward. QR code for registering your purchase was a tiny bit muddled but ultimately easy.

I submitted my issue and within a very short time was send label to return it and within a few days received my refund on Amazon.They made is so easy and convenient! Save your money, i filed a claim for an ear bud I dropped and lost and they won't cover it. I was pretty sure it said it would cover a drop but I guess they work like insurance, they can cover it if they want to but they probably wont.
