It works.
I tried the battery out using a fan on high. It ran for 8hrs and still had 48% charge on the battery backup system. It arrive with a 51% charge. I charged it on an outlet with the provided adapter. I have not used the solar panels yet. So far I am pleased with my purchase. My wife is disabled so this will be handy in the event of a power outage for her to use as she is not able to start up our generator.

Excelente compra
Compre este duo de aparatos (500 w + SP100W) en el 2023, hoy septiembre 2024 siguen funcionando a al perfeccion. El cargador solor es muy practico. Cosnidero que el costo vs producto es muy bueno.La bateria se caga facilmente y puedo cargar celulares, tablets, lamparas, incousive conectra un proyector pequeño.Definitivamente volveria a hacer esta compra.

Great product.
I love this product. Great for power outages. It will keep the lights on and keep our phones charged. Easy to use. I finally received my solar panel one day after I received the unit.

Piece of junk
Would give it zero stars if I could, just stopped working. Won't charge and there is no support or customer access to product support. I am so disappointed in this unit, when I needed it it was dead and there is nothing I can do. I don't know if I got a dud or if they are all like this, but I won't be buying any more Grecell products.

Qickly got the parts from Amazon.The Powerstation 500Wh with accessory were complete.The solarpanel 100W with accessory were not complete, I got 3x! cable MC4 to Anderson cable,but the cable MC-4 to 5,5x2,1mm was not included,also the 3 adapters from 5.5x 2,1mm to 5.5x2,5mm, to 7,9x0,9mm, to 3,5x1,5mm were not included.Thall ist in function very well,if the solar panel is connected to the powerstation it's pssible to use USB charger an, the 12 V DC outut, f.e. a camping freezer, but 110V output is by charging with Solar panel off.the combination is good, it's whar I wanted, but by charging and consumption of f.e. the freeezer with 50W the cooler Van ist some noisy.What is very bad, thad y got 3 same cable MC-4 to Anderson and no the charge adapter 5,5x2,5 to other diameters.Something more, outside it's very dificult to see the display of the powerstation.

Only got half of item
I ordered the generator and solar panel set and only received the solar panel which is completely useless if I don’t have the generator to charge with the panels. It clear states that they both come together. Hoping I get the other part I ordered or my money back.
