the quality seems very good, well packaged. the taps turn on the water in opposite directions which seems unusual but this is no problem as the product is full functional.

This tap replaced a similar previous one but this one is better quality.

I got this tap for a customer in September 2019. I got called back in August 2020 because the tap drips when its turned off.You'd think replacment cartridges under guarantee would be easy.... no... Amazon will offer you a refund not a replacement. Now I bought the tap for just under £85... its now £128 (August 2020). After an hour on chat with Amazon the best they will do is a full refund of the £85 and a promotional credit to a maximum of £50. That just about covers the cost of the new price tap, but goes no where near covering the cost of swapping the tap over at my customers house.The old latin caveat emptor comes to mind.... watch what you're buying here you may be very disappointed.... beware.oh and the description that the ceramic cartridges replacing old tap washers for a longer life is complete tosh in my opinion !

Well worth the money, simple enough to fit, so simple I managed to do it myself. It certainly has made my kitchen sink a whole lot more easy to use when cleaning larger pots.

I have not got round to fitting it yet but 5 stars because the manufacturing quality is excellent!

Looks very good. The base of the monoblock, somehow smaller than of the one it replaces, It was a bit fiddly to install it so that it covered the whole in the worktop (may well be that the original hole was too large)'

Exactly as described. Impressive quality and solid materials. Much cheaper than anywhere else.

As other reviews have said, but I didn’t read. Cold tap opens the wrong way round and the hot tap sprays water everywhere. Would not buy again. Spend more money and avoid this tap at all costs. It does look okay though!
