The media could not be loaded. I can’t properly review this product because as I was setting it up and it started working the glass as it lost its magnet for a second. Which the product has to anticipate however, when it fell, I expected the string to hold the product except a tour without even a fight right off the ring in my finger and ended up 17 floors below me luckily not striking someone as it probably would’ve killed a human or small animal. This is probably why I should not buy things made in China. Terrible product but a great idea.

I used this for windows on the 8th floor of our condo.You need to read up, watch the video, and be careful. I practiced on a window on my balcony, so if the magnets released, it was no big deal. They never did, but came close. Pay attention to the tether to avoid an issue.Once you know how to use it, the device is very good. The magnets are strong. The micro cloths are, by the way, easiest to use because they glide well. The squeegee is harder to get used to.Some windows were so dirty I started with wet micro cloths a couple of times and finished off with Windex. Not perfectly streak-less, but that’s a matter of practice and they never stay perfect anyway.Pay attention to the window thickness. When you get the product, they give you a measuring device. For some reason that’s in millimeters instead of inches while the Amazon description is in inches. I sent the first one I got back because my double pane windows were too thick, even though the description said it would work on double pane. It’s actually more complicated than that. Windows have many different widths.I got this model with the adjustable magnets, which make it work well after some practice.

Not very useful on standard residential windows.

Muy pesado para mi. No lo he usado

The safety string is cheap and poorly designed. It does not work. The end of the string on my hand was fine, but the outer part fell off my window and snapped off the string. It fell 7 stories and almost killed my neighbour walking on ground level. Dangerous.

We have surprised due to quality and We have used for our condo glass maintenance. Good Quality and Strong Construction.
