Gentle on the stomach, 3 mths ago my cholesterol was slightly above normal , I started taking Cholesterol health , now my cholesterol is on normal level , I'm on my second bottle. Definitely recommend

I have been using berberine for lowering cholesterol and blood sugar. This supplement contains berberine plus other herbal ingredients, including beta-sitosterol, milk thistle, garlic and artichoke, which are known for their benefits for healthy cholesterol levels. The capsules are large but not too difficult to swallow. The directions are to take 2 per day.Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this supplement. I like that it uses natural, herbal ingredients to support healthy cholesterol levels. For around $1.20 per serving, it is a little pricey though. Only time will tell how good it is. I'm giving it 4 stars for now. Made in USA.

Recent doctor’s visit resulted lower cholesterol levels. It worked for me. I alternate with Omega fish oil supplements.

Because vitamins & supplements are not closely regulated it’s difficult to gauge the effectiveness of one brand versus another. All I can attest to is that my experience with this brand had no ill effects but the capsules are on the large side. The price point is also a bit high. I'm using this for the first time because studies have linked it to improving cholesterol.At this time, I do have high cholesterol and hope this will improve my cholesterol numbers.
