This is my 2nd Cosori Air Fryer Toaster Oven, but this one is a total game changer! I loved my older model oven, but I liked that this model has the added meat thermometer. When I unboxed this new model, it was in perfect condition, but the meat thermometer was missing. Oh no! I emailed Cosori and they got back to me the next day and informed me that they were shipping out a thermometer. I was very happy with the quick response. The only downside, and not the fault of Cosori at all, was that the Post Office had it at my neighborhood branch for 5 days before finally delivering it today.I toasted a whole chicken in it last week and it was delicious and perfectly cooked and browned. Cleanup was a breeze with the new ceramic coated walls and no exposed heating elements of the oven. I was dreading the cleanup after seeing all the grease spattered all over the inside of the oven, but it was no problem at all. I first used paper towels to wipe up all the grease (used a LOT of them, lol) and then followed that up with damp, clean paper towels and voila, spotlessly clean with no scrubbing! My only regret was that I forgot to add water to the drip pan to avoid having my kitchen looking like the London fog from the smoke.I’m getting ready to bake a pizza in it now. I’m sure it will be great, since my other one did such a great job (gifted that one to my neighbor and he LOVES it).It is a little large depth wise, but I made it fit in my small apartment kitchen. I rarely use my horrible bottom-of-the-line apartment electric stove oven now.If you have the space to accommodate this oven, I’m fairly confident you’ll love it! Just buy it!

No exposed burners= CLEAN MACHINE!
I loved my ninja foodi flip, but what I didn't love was keeping it clean. No matter how much I tried, I just could not get the inside clean. So, after much searching I found someone on Reddit that discussed the Corsori line. I had no experience with it, but after seeing this machine features COVERED heating units, I was sold! I am very happy with the unit and have been using it daily. The fact that the inside just WIPES OUT is a game changer. Yes, its more expensive, but I anticipate it looking nicer and being safer in the long run! Works like magic and my teens love it. It is a bit larger, so make sure you measure your space before purchasing.

Really enjoying the flexibility of the Cosori Ceramic Air Fryer Oven
I really enjoy using my new oven. It is much easier to clean than the Breville which I had previously, however, I am having difficulty getting cooked on food from the bottom ceramic burner even with ceramic stove cleaner. I have only had one operational issue so far, which was with the temperature probe, but I am not sure if it is something I am doing wrong, or not. There is also one design improvement that I can think of. There are no stops on the rack to keep it from sliding out of the oven. This has the potential to be very dangerous, especially when checking on a dish. It hasn't happened yet, but I am nervous that one day the rack and dish with hot food will come sliding right out while I am trying to check it. These few items are not enough to keep me from enjoying and recommending this oven. Thanks for such a versatile and reasonably priced product. I think it is a great value.

I love it!
We've been usung this like crazy. I've used lots of settings and so far it's all good. Ive baked bread, cooked bacon, fries, fish and much more. Ive used glass pie pans and silicone bakeware. I find the quality to be good. I like the size. I dont think its as noisy as my microwave. Its easy to use.I learned some things after doing much research, you can not just push a preset and forget it. No cooking tool works that way. There are just too many variables. The humidity in your environment wiill change the way your recipe turns out every time. Bake bread and you will learn this quickly. The Presets are meant as suggestions not absolutes. For those of us who have been cooking a long time, we understand this. You will have to make adjustments to temp and time for everything you cook. You need to learn about the oven and the food you are cooking. Just from one type of bread to another, your favorite toast setting will need to be changed each.I have read so many reviews and problems people have and discovered that most of them could be avoided with accepting that the presets are a suggestion on every machine. The biggest thing is reducing the temperature 25 degrees lower than the recipe calls for, for sure, and possibly reducing the cook time. This is suggested by the manual and by most people who cook in this type of oven. I reduce the temp suggested in the baking suggestion. I do not use the airfryer temp on instructions as i feel its more suited for those tiny basket air fryers Definitely rotate and turn over your food or take out and shake the fryer basket to ensure the food comes out even. It's important! The temp is a bit cooler in the front near the glass. Its the nature of all countet top ovens. They arent as insulated as a standard oven. No big deal. For ease of cleaning I reccomend an oven liner to put on the wire rack positioned on the number 4, bottom position. You can not put it directly on the bottom of this oven. It catches most of the stuff that falls from the fryer basket. They wipe up easy. Or use the baking sheet in the same position with some water in it to keep stuff from burning on to it if your cooking something really greasy in the basket. It will add some steam though and you need to adjust again. This brings me to, clean up after you cook. Every time! Don't let stuff build up. It doesn't take but a couple of minutes. The inside of this oven is super easy to clean with a sponge and mild dish detergent, rinsed well and leave the door open to dry. If its really funky, wipe down the inside with yor sponge and dish soap and leave it wet. Then put the deep pan with an inch or so of very hot water inside on the bottom rack for 5 minutes to produce some steam and then wipe off, rinse and leave open to air dry. Wipe out crumbs even if it's just toast. Buy parchment paper and learn how to use it properly. In the airfryer basket, holes need to be poked into it for air circulation. Look at airfryer liners, too expensive for me, to get the idea. They are made from perforated parchment paper. Cut it to fit the basket, turn the basket upside down and put the parchment over it. Poke holes with a toothpick or skewer. Turn it back over and put your parchment in the basket. It's much cheaper than buying the pre-made ones.Learn about cooking in an airfryer oven/ convection oven and you won't be disappointed. This is so handy, and big enough, that I don't need my big oven at all.
