I suffered from dizziness. And when it's windy things get worse if I venture out, so need to cover my ears, in winter ear muffs is always the solution to cover, but in summer I can use them for obvious reasons- this little thing came to the rescue, very handy, coveres well, without pushing into the ears, light. Maybe the only thing I with the band was bigger so can have it over my head. Love it

Bought these for my sons for college. They are doing carpentry and these are perfect

I've used similar banded ear plugs for years, thought I'd give 3M my money for a change. Mistake ! the band is only just big enough to reach my ears if worn on the back of my neck and doesn't really seal in the ears properly because my ear lobes hold the band out a bit. No way it can reach if worn over my head and if worn under my chin, it's really too small and rubs under my chin all the time giving a weird claustrophobic feeling. Bearded gentlemen or ladies with lots of facial hair would not be able to use these. I'm an average 6 foot something bloke with just the one chin and normal ears. Not going to work for me. ...Also, where are the spare ear plugs shown in the photo?

Some of the exercise classes I attend and enjoy play their music ear-hurtingly loud and instructors refuse to turn it down. I don't think using standard earplugs is a healthy long-term solution. I was delighted to find this product and have tried it out in classes. Comfortable to wear and most importantly it reduces the noise in classes to an acceptable level.

Beware . The actual product is fine , but do not be misled by the item photograph. You do not get 2 spare pair of ear buds ( yellow parts ) , just the one fitted to the item . Very misleading and bordering on false advertising.

I use these all the time and find them very comfortable with good sound deadening.Some people say they are to small I think they must be wearing them wrong. Ment to go under the chin not over the head 😉

Work in a woodwork shop, lots of loud noises from planers, dovetailing machines, table saws etc, much more comfortable than in-ear protection, less chance of ear infection. Probably not great for intensely noisy places, but good for me.
