I’ve never had a portafilter screen before, this is my first. I like that it keeps the machine clean (breville bambino) but it’s not a perfect fit in an aftermarket portafilter basket I bought…only slightly tight (and maybe it’s supposed to be) no issues at all with brewing through it. But I have noticed that it’s starting to hold onto some grounds and that’s after rinsing it off after each use…this too may also be normal, but 4 stars only because it appears that I may have to purchase another one soon and I’ve only had the one for a little over a month.

Fits like a glove and can help even the uneven Breville filter distribution screen.

For the best outcome of espresso, I generally expect pressurized water flow should be even. When the puck screen is not fully circular, can I expect its job will be still fulfilled?

puck screens help kept you coffee machine clean and reduce channeling. These and nice and re-duce wet pucks as well. I would buy again.
