This is a a European butter very creamy and rich. Wonderful for mashed potatoes, and any cooking. Or just spread on crackers or bread. It's expensive yes, but worth it!

This really is the best butter. Now, for whatever reason, I cannot find it locally. Worth paying a little more. It really makes a difference in baking. That 5% extra fat makes all the difference. Of course, it simply tastes great.
