A great bar for small space and general use.
Sor far its holding up to heavy resistance bands and does not loosen with use. The bar is solid feeling and a perfect width for my needs. Having the clip rings on the ends was a great touch and makes it easy to swap bands.

Functional and well built
The bar is easy to put together and dismantle for storing and the spacing allows for multiple different hand width while working with resistance bands. I really enjoy the fact that the connections are far enough away from the center not to have the bands against my body during overhead shoulder presses.

pretty decent for the cost!
it feels pretty sturdy and well built. The length is perfect for any exercise, and it is great that it can be adjusted from 2 to 3 bars. I'd say it's the best bang for your buck because of the price vs other amazon companies or name brands. Because of the adjustable length, it is very versatile for any form of exercise with the upper or lower body. The carabiners that come with it aren't too wide, and I use my own as my bands are 2 inches and wider. The foam doesn't feel good though which makes some exercises feel weird vs a normal barbell and there is a weird smell. I do feel that it could bend as a result of the triple attachment though vs a full bar. My foam is also not aligned well but overall is worth it for the cost and still works.

Read this one. You need to.
I bought this a while ago. Sorry I’m late. It’s a bar. Comes in 3 pieces that screw together TIGHTLY. I have never had to tighten the bars together and it’s been several months a daily use. It’s also STRONG. I’ve been able to brace it above me and do chin up. I’m pushing 240, so one chin up, but still, wow. The foam padding hasn’t ripped, the rings you hook into are free spinning, so there’s no awkward unbalanced pull angles with bands; motion is smooth when manipulating under pressure. The clips are great but the black paint will begin to rub off with metal on metal contact. Not an issue, my basement isn’t an equinox.Highly recommend. Great bang for your buck and seems to be built to last. Stay classy and get after it you tiger you.

Was expecting a little more
So I ordered the ‘padded’ bar, thinking it would be the same quality as the non padded, and because it was cheaper with a coupon code. My X3 was too short, and I refused to order their longer one. So on the hunt I went. My main worry was integrity, and bearings. I came across this bar, for nowhere near the price of the X3 long bar. It had bearings, check one. I assumed it would have integrity based of the high resistance rating that Tribe advertises. It’s thin guys, that was the first thing I noticed. So I slapped on the dark gray band and started my workout. It felt pretty good I thought. I finally got to squats and chest press, and this is where I noticed some deficiencies. It squeaks/creaks. A lot. Mind you, this was after I had oiled it up, as it clearly states on the instructions. That’s worrisome, seeing as how the black X3 band has a pretty high tension! With the squats, I feel a slight bow, which, if it was a single piece, would not bother me, but because it’s threaded(because it’s extendable), I feel less safe haha. Another thing that irked me, is that the carabiners that are sent will not fit many flat bands, but when you buy the whole kit, or just the band kit, it comes with the triangle carabiner. I knew this coming in, and had extra triangles at home, so it’s not a big deal. But if you guys are expecting the same quality as the steel one that they have on the SAME LISTING, please do not be fooled like me, just get the steel. You get what you pay for, and if I wasn’t on a budget, I would have just gotten that one to begin with. They have the right ideas as a band company, they just need to implement their strategy a little better, because I can’t get a full workout in with this bar, and feel a little duped.

Right Equipment
It's the right size and the hooks are one the ends. Stronger than the straps

Solid company
If you're using this bar with a bunch of weight/multiple bands it will fail it broke after two weeks cause the eye hooks are not secured in the bar properly so I just ended up pulling one out while using it because of the poor fastener they're using on this productBut if you're just using single bands or only a couple it'll work and it's a nice bar it's just not designed for a heavy duty loadTo update my experience with this companyThey reached out and provided a refund and now included a heavy duty bar in their lineupSo this company takes care of their customers so rest assured that if your experience isn't satisfactory you won’t be over looked
