So far so good. Took one last night and one this morning because I didn’t want to do both at the same time until I knew what to expect. Day one had the best BM I had in months. (it has been several days for me at this point ) No instant urgency, no straining etc. Hopefully it continues to work this well. I think I will continue to take one morning and night unless I find I need to take them together. I wanted to be sure to review because the positive reviews are what sold me on trying this product after trying fiber powders etc that did not help and only made me gassy. I have not had any gas pain today at all.

These have been amazing for me. The way my digestion worked before these pills, was that I was always constipated except when I ate the “wrong“ food and got diarrhea. The key is figuring out what those works for you. I don’t take two pills a day every day. I take two in the beginning of the week and then one day like every other day. Completely works for me.

I have been using product for a week and have not seen any improvement. I will continue to use and if I see improvement I will add to my review. Adding to review I have been using this product longer now and it is making my bowels more regular and easier. Also has helped with indigestion problems.

About 10 yrs ago,I was prescribed movantic. One of the rare side effects is that somehow it changes you so that you feel what is goung on in your intestines. It is excruciating on most days. It is like someone is pinching & twisting & burning you at the same time. There is no known way to reverse it. My life has been ruined by it. I don't go out or anything anymore. All I want to do is not move because the bowel slows down alot & the pain diminishes for a while. In addition, I have spina bifida with a tethered cord, neurogenic bladder & bowel. I have stuggled with issues all my life with the worst part being constipation. It was a big but manegable issue. Now that I can feel it, I'm in hell. I can never keep mt bowel lubricated no matter what I eat, drink. There is so much friction & gas that on most days I have to change into 3x size pants & tshirt because I am so bloated. I'm a snug xlarge but usually after lunch I have to change into size 2x leggins & tshirts to be even a lil comfortable. I started taking Emma in February & within weeks the frictuon is reduced & in turn so is the gas & pain from a bowel that is the sahara desert. No amt of fiber, water, miralax or stool softeners could keep my bowel lubricated. They are usually so dry that the consistency is like dry paste. It actually sticks yo the toilet & I have to scrub the toilet bowl everytime I go which is difficult for someine like me who has little leg strength & balance lissues . I cant expect my family to clean it. I took Emma for 2 months and was happy w8th the small amt of relief I got but then went looking to see if there was something that could help. I purchased the Gundry M.D. gut health formula. Big mistake. By week 2 my pain was worse than ever & my stools were black & shiny. I called the doc asap as my dad died of cirrhosis so I knew my liver was involved. There was also blood in my stools. Not enough ti hospitalize me but enough. Told my doc the whole story & she said trash that crap. I immediately ordered Emma again. Its been about 8 weeks. I am finally starting to feel a lil better again. I will take Emma till I die. The cost is hi for me on ss disability but I would rather eat pb&j & pasta for a week than give this up now when there is a teeny tiny window of hope. A bonus bottle will help especially since the holidays & grandbaby number 2 are coming in a few months. This was me. I have multiple, complicated issues so I do not fault Gundry, it just gave me a horrible reaction. Something in it & my body clashed seriously Everyone is different. I know people who love Gundry but it seems my lil bit of help is gonna come from Emma.

Dr. Gina Sam Im giving you all 👍s up. I have to say I have been on this product for a month now and I'm no longer (straining) to feel clean after using the bathroom. I never feel hungry/ blowed nor do I ever over eat. Like other experiences people had I read on this review page. I will say this if you want real results speak to a dietitian first learn how to eat healthy. I had the most Awesomeness life experiences with working with other ethnic groups I learned to ask (?)s surrounding food and cooking. So I taught myself how to cut out sodium, salt, sugar starches in my diet. I'm a Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 American that task wasn't easy for me to go (healthy seasonings) combined with healthy seasonings from other ethnic backgrounds. With out losing my spanish taste buds for flavor. I recommend this to anyone seriously looking for an option to help you regulate your stomach digestive system by going healthy when eating and cooking for taste.It may get pricy but I found with in my heritage healthy seasonings and combined with other ethnic backgrounds I met and still maintained flavor to satisfy my taste buds. My wife had me order this supplement for her after researching the doctor who created them. She has certain digestive and bowl issues which doctors, after every possible test, cannot determine a diagnosis. We ordered a month supply to see if they helped. She also brought bottle to her Gastro Doctor to make sure they would be OK, and he was surprised to see many good elements in the supplement and gave his approval. In short, she has been on them now going on three months and she notices positive results!

Wonder why prices are all over the board? I do. Either this product has been counterfeited or the importer has changed sourcing, giving the capsules very different looks. The best product for me was a slightly oversized clear capsule that you could see the 'herb texture' thru and had a darker color it (dark green herb color). The product that did not work was a very finely ground yellow mustard color. The first generation (larger capsules, herb color & appearance) worked. There are at least 2 other versions. The bottle with no UPC and no origin info (also 1/4 - 1/3 the price) did not work. Caveat Emptor- buyer should inquire, especially if there is no return/refund allowed...
