It was only recently I learned that you're supposed to change your toothbrush every three months! Part of me thinks this is a made-up thing by the consortium of toothbrush-makers, but I asked my dentist and he said it was down to how I brushed, and the quality/thickness of the bristles. He also said that if you have a hard brush and brush too vigorously, you can put lines onto your teeth.so, knowing this, I looked for some "Medium" (rather than soft) brushes, found these, and put them into a regular subscription. Every four months, regular as clockwork, they turn up and we know to switch out our toothbrushes.I'll be honest and say that I think they'd probably last longer, but I felt like it produced too much plastic waste for four people to get new brushes every three months... So I've compromised.They're good brushes, keep their shape, last a long time and they're not too expensive.

Tl;Dr - My favourite manual toothbrush; ergonomic design, firm head and great results.I love these, I have tried a lot of toothbrushes and for the vast majority, they are all the same. So most of the time I just go for the cheapest on the shelf. I went out on a limb with these and I was pleasantly surprised.The HeadI really like the feel of the head and it really bubbles up the toothpaste, no more losing it all after the first spit. The head also has rubber sections which help give a firmer brush.The BodyGenerally, I would not care about a toothbrushes body. They get better as the brush gets more expensive but has little effect on its performance. The same is true here but it is a very ergonomic toothbrush: with a very well shaped handle and useful grip points for your thumb and index finger.ResultsSo the results, does this toothbrush give you max white? Yes it does. It gives the same results as my electric toothbrush (Oral-B Smart 6 6000N) with a senstative head.OverallI would definitely recommend this toothbrush, it is worth its higher price and you should really give it a try.
