Even adding the drops to a glass of squash, I now really want to give it a try to see if I do feel or see any benefits. But with this I'm using it as a shot, bolting it and then having a big drink straight after.So far I've not seen or felt any different, I will continue but if I do get to the end of the bottle I don't think I would ever purposely go out of my way to buy it.
