Just as pictured. Bought it for a birthday gift. He opened it & played with it until bed time!

Horribly noisy
My son loves this toy. Only downside is that when it is rolling along, it is incredibly loud and makes sounds that cause the hair on the back of your neck to stand up. Horrible noise. You can’t even hear the cars siren over the horrific sounds of its gears.

Broke within 5 minutes of play
I bought this back in October when I was christmas shopping for my son. After opening it yesterday, the back tire came off within 5 minutes. He's constantly bringing it to me because it keeps falling off. I'm past the return window so I guess I'm stuck with a broken car.
