I was having really really heavy periods my hormones were just majorly out of whack I was feeling depressed and easily irritated. It sounds boring, but it's great and satisfying. I'm no longer nauseated.

To start this herbal supplement has been effective overall. I am 44 years old and my periods comes around every 22 days and have been around 4 days but the PMS and mood swings are horrible. I have been taking this for about 3 weeks 1 capsule in the morning with food and the other during the evening, taste, burping is bad but tolerable. It has helped my PMS symptoms and hoping I have a long time in-between cycles. Praying we might convince but that's in God's hands.

Good product would be better to be able to get it in a timely manner

Anyone who suffers I really hope you give Dr Christopher’s supplements a try. I’ve been taking this product off and on for a couple years but never took the 6 capsules per day as recommended. These past couple months I have had terribly heavy bleeding and cramps. So I decided to follow the recommended dose and my bleeding is soo much more tolerable, not as heavy. And when I start to get cramping I just take more and the cramping stops. I no longer dread getting my period as long as I have these herbs.

This product is amazing. I've been undergoing treated for uterine cancer/pre-cancer for over a year (because I was trying to preserve my fertility). I bleed nonstop for months without relief. After taking these for the first time (two pills twice that day) and I stopped bleeding the next day. I took the product for a few weeks and during the entire time I was free from all cramps and spotting. Unfortunately I had to stop taking all medications in preparation for a hysterectomy. After I discontinued use, I immediately started spotting again and it just got heavier until it was in full flow.
