Daughter absolutely loved, wanted to get for friends for their Birthdays! Watching this on water was the absolute coolest!

It looks like a funny gift for a kid, only if it works but unfortunately in my case, it does not. I charged the car battery all night, new batteries in the control and nothing. I see the red light blinking in the control but the car is dead, no matter pressing the top button. Moreover, the connectors are horrible, I don't think they would last over the time. The box says the package doesn't contain batteries (for the remote control) but I received, so I don't know if the product was used previously. Anyway, I would not recommend it.

That this item is great for young and old alike. This is a really great product. Got it for my 12 yr old grandson. His whole family is jealous! They want one so bad, well, hard for him to keep hold of it for himself.

It is amazing for kids. The lights are so cool at night, easy to use. Water or dirt or rocks- works everywhere! However, if your kids are rough , it might not last too too long.

Short Review:My 7 yr old mostly likes this vehicle, but we've had issues. We will not be using this near water (any more) or letting it tumble off anything. It's okay, but I would not purchase again.Long Review:1.The battery life is poor, and we wouldn't actually mind this too much, but there are like 5-6 teeny tiny screws in order to get the battery out to remove for charging so it is not convenient at all to recharge. It's difficult for him to do on his own, so when the battery dies, he cannot play with it until someone can help.2.The thing says that it is waterproof and is marketed as being able to go into water. However, the first time we tried splashing through a ton of water, the car stopped working. After we took it completely apart, we realized that water had seeped into the battery compartment and gotten it all wet. Once thoroughly dried out for a day or two, we did get it to work, but kept finding more water in a variety of spots inside of it. We did try to use the open/closeable holes, but they do not really work as intended.3.It is also marketed as able to tumble. I didn't encourage it, but my son accidentally drove it down a few carpeted stairs (i.e. it tumbled down them). After this, the wheels on 1 side completely stopped engaging. We had to take the entire thing apart again, and initially couldn't figure out how to fix. After a second (maybe third?) look at all of the pieces, we did figure out how to get the wheels to re-engage & ended up fixing the vehicle so that it will work again.Especially considering this car is marketed as a waterproof (literally in the title of the amazon page), and a 'tumbling' vehicle (says right on the box), we are NOT impressed. I know it's inexpensive so probably not the best quality, but it should probably be marketed more as water resistant (like, it's ok if it gets a little wet - versus stating that it is water proof in the title), and no cheap car should ever be encouraged to tumble around because the parts just won't hold up to that sort of use.

Purchase two of these for two of my grandsons for Christmas and they were a hit.
