To be honest, almost everyone is saying that there are many scratches on the exterior, but that is not fair. Actually there is a micro plastic coating all over the body which looks torn in many places. But that is not a matter of concern. Just need to remove the plastic coating from the body of the product it must be brighter than before, otherwise it will look dim.After experiencing one week with a consecutive tour I can say that it has to be kept in mind that there is also a multiple colour coating over the trolley (outer surface... which seems colour full is actually a colour coating) . After back to back journey specially on flight and on train that colour coating can get removed as mine. It hurts a lot.

I strongly advise against buying this suitcase. The build quality is extremely poor—visible wear and tear started within just a few hours of moderate use. The brand logo fell off, the wheels are of subpar quality, and deformation started almost immediately.To make matters worse, VIP customer care provided a terrible response. Instead of offering a practical solution, they asked me to travel 250 km just to get the suitcase serviced! This is completely unreasonable and shows a lack of customer support.For the price, I expected better durability and after-sales service, but this product is a complete disappointment. Save your money and choose a more reliable brand.

Giving 3 star for wrong item, I ordered green colour but received blue colour and different design. Product quality is good but lil bit disappointed with the design

It's cute and perfect for frequent travel. The look of the bag can be deceiving, though the size is small from outside, it has so much space for clothes and other accessories. You can fit in more clothes than you except. The lock is really good and strong. Definitely worth the price. I recommend you all to buy it on sale or discount. It has great stability. You can even pace or run with this bag. It moves all sides. Easy to use. The performance is great . 10/10 for this product
