Purchased just before a very aggressive heatwave. Was a life saver and provided much needed cooling to our home.Operation - easy to use, has clear buttons and directions on the top of the unit that enables quick changes of mode and levelsExhaust tube can be fiddly but once fitted is sturdy. Window adjuster didn't fit our window but we just put the tube outside and appears to function well.In addition to air con it has a dehumidifier mode which is very helpful for winter when drying washing inside.Size- good size , small enough to keep stored in a corner , however a large enough unit to provide a good level of cooling during summer monthsWeight- it is heavy , but has wheels for moving from room to room which is very helpfulRunning costs- low running costs , of course expect a spike in energy use however it is less than expected

This unit was recommended to me and I’m very pleased with how it works.However the hose doesn’t attach well at all at either end. It was constantly falling out & frustrating to assemble. The person who recommended it to me said they had the same & had to drill holes through & secure with bolts to get it to stay in place. I have now done this too.

Corrrr, I am unbelievably smug right now. I bought this AC unit in Feb 2024 in preparation for the hot summer and finally, in June, I've wheeled her out of the spare room, I've dusted her off and switched her on and she's cooled our boiling hot bedroom in under 10 mins. Is she noisy? Yeah, but if you like white noise when you're sleeping you won't mind it at all.Pros: easy to put together, effective, portable due to wheels, low maintenance. Cons: the pipe thingymajig can be tricky to work with (but don't let this put you off, when there's a heatwave you'll find your way), it's REALLY blummin heavy so not truly portable (put it this way, we won't be carrying it downstairs to cool the lounge), the buttons on the unit are not very responsive so sometimes need repeated pressing.The buttons on the unit also light up when the machine is on, and they're brighter than the sun, but nothing that a well-placed book can't cover.All in all: smug level 10/10

superb, does what it says on the tin , very happy and will use allot.

What did I expect for the price! Effective at cooling the space but very noisy. You couldn't sleep with it on.However I live in a rural area where it is very quiet at night. Perhaps a city dweller wouldn't notice so much.

I have just taken delivery of this Airinic AIR-AC9000 Portable Air Conditioner. On my initial examination of the product it's seems to be of good quality. However I need to draw your attention to two inconsistencies within the product description.....1) This product has an ENERGY rating of A, not a A+++ as shown in the product description. 2) 2 X AAA batteries ARE Required for the remote control. In product description it states that no batteries are required.3Star product rating given for astectic looks and build, as appliance not used yet. (6 hour stand time required, to allow refrigerant to settle before use).Update:23.08.2023....This is a good product and all functions work well. Nice and compact and not too noisy. Being an A rated product makes it kind towards running costs. Would recommend this item.

It seems that the AC works ok, but I cannot change the temperature setting. I have it at 21 and would like to raise it to 22 or 23. The problem is the buttons on the machine or the remote do not change it. All that happens is that the 21 setting flashes for a few seconds, but stays at 21.
