Excellent machine
This is the second one these I’ve had and they are great. For anyone saying they couldn’t get it to connect is doing it wrong. Once installed go to device manager, check the allocated com port and select this port on your cutting software. Saved loads on decals using this.

Was expecting an easy setup
I wanted to write a great review on this machine but unfortunately it was a headache to setup. Software was horrible to use, so much so I bought a other software and trying to install drivers for the machine was a major pain. I did try contacting the customer service but by the time they responded I had it working on my own

If you have a Mac - Avoid at all costs
I bought the Pix Max as a company we work with has one and it works really well for them. Theirs runs from a PC but as the description says 'Mac and PC compatible' I didn't think anything of it.The first issue - the driver disc wouldn't go into my Mac, so I tried downloading online. After several failed attempts I found one that worked, Great! Then the cable didn't fit into my port so I bought a USB to USB-c adapter before finding out that this cable won't work on a Mac.So I bought a VGA to USB-C adapter as recommended (they're not cheap) and then I needed to download another driver to make that work. The site given for these drivers was one my Mac refused to download from and the feedback from the manufacturer was that I needed to get a computer programmer to look at my laptop... all I wanted to do was print out some fun bits of vinyl!I wasted so much time and energy on this - I hope this review will save someone else the hassle.
