My son is 10 about 105 lbs, and loves these socks for soccer. He wears them over his shin guards and stayed they are extremely comfortable and not itchy at all. The size fits good, and the socks stay in place without any issues. They have held up well and you get a good amount of socks for the costThey have lasted his entire league and will still be usable come next season.

We use them for youth football, they work great when the kids don't lose them. lol The socks have lasted a couple of seasons and the kids like the style, where they can change color on a whim.

I bought these for my son to wear under his leg braces that come just below his knees. He loves all the different colors, and they are holding up well to all day abuse of a rough and tumble kid. They are thin, which is great for us so his legs don't get too hot under his braces. They are also tight. Almost compression style tight which is a little concerning, but they haven't left any red marks are caused any discomfort, and my son has the calves of a football player, so I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue with your average sized child.

I bought these for my 4 year old son who wears an AFO. I specifically bought them for him while wearing his AFO and I must say that I am pleased with how they fit and all of the colors to choose from. I figured soccer players wear cleats and an afo is sort of like that in a way. I needed breathable long socks and these are them, plus the bonus is all the different colors we get to choose from. I have not gotten to wash them yet, so I will wash them on delicate and I'll let you know if my opinions change after washing them.

These socks are on the thinner side , I first opened and worried they looked to small for my size 3.5 sons foot but they actually stretch a lot. The colors are fun and vibrant . But not a cushy sock if your looking for that .
