I don't know what you mean by "radius", but the width of the male connector part where it goes into the female connector is 0.253".

Q: What is the ID of the solder Cup?

Mine mic out at 0.125 (or 1/8 inch) inside diameter on both the male and female sides. A 1/8 inch drill bit seems to fit in smoothly, so I'm guessing it is 2 or 3 thousandths over that size. Is that close enough or do you want it in wire gauge?
