Works as advertised, so what it cost more.I like the look and it works, so it’s worth it.Sometimes I have to plug it in to turn it on and I seen others say the same so that’s something hopefully these “Banana Hoe’s” fix that problem.“Tip’s” on not how to hate this product.#1-keep it clean (I clean it after every 2 sessions of 10cones each sesh)#2-don’t slam it like an animal when packing the cone (others complained it’s cheap.smh)#3-don’t pack a whole “O” and other things in your case and maybe your zipper wouldn’t break off when you close it like a moron (others complained the zip rips off) close it like a normal person and follow other steps and you’ll be good. Yup it cost more than others that do the same thing but so does a Benz you know what I’m getting at So it’s a good product, shout out to Banana Hoes!

Works greats and seems to be holding up after 4 months. Bought as a present.

They love it and use it all the time

This is my third review. I've had it for Less Than 3 months and it stopped working. It makes a loud winding slash screeching noise and does not move the grinding mechanism. I'm still well within the one-year warranty. But outside of the one month return. Amazon told me to contact banana Bros through amazon. I contacted them and they wanted a picture of my device which I posted. From that point on I've never heard from them. Very very sad customer service. Amazon had to step in and make it right. Would still cost me a restocking fee but at least I'm not down 160 bucks in total. When the machine was working it was the best automatic grinder I found. But for 160 bucks in the last Less Than 3 months that's ridiculous. Far from the best. So do not buy!I needed this grinder because I had hand surgery. The first one I purchased constantly shut off for no reason. I found out that the rod was that long enough to fully close the limit switch so the grinder knows it's closed. Clearly if all the unit so I returned it. My new grinder works much better but still has its issues. The stuff I'm grinding up is usually a little bit dense. I'll put a nickel size bud in the grinder and there's times the unit cannot handle it. It will try for a bit and then shut off. You either have to wait a minute or two to turn back on or plug in the power cord real quick and unplug it and then you can finish grinding that piece. There's times I put two of them in there and it works fine. They definitely need a bigger battery and probably a stronger motor. And it uses a micro usb to charge. It should definitely be a type-c. I lowered it to three stars because the batteries charge is getting worse.

This product showed up broken. I have asked for replacement. We now have to get this to Kohls so they don't charge me again. I'll update my review if that one works at all.Update: received the new one and is working as expected. Minus 1 star for it not working the first time.

Am very pleased with Grinder and the ability to load both Cones & Bowls. Nice break on Arthritic hands the manual Grinder was not always Fun!

FINAL UPDATE: It’s been over a year and this product is a staple in my husbands life. It still works wonderfully and has genuinely saved us from a number of fights. He used to take forever getting out the door due to hand rolling joints, now when he says he has “one more thing to do before we leave.” It’s alot less stressful because I know he’ll be ready in 2 minutes or less. Thanks OTTO!UPDATE: customer service was great! They sent me a new one the very next day, so we’re still on track for Christmas morning. Packaging and product was much better (looked new unlike the first one I received). I’ll bump my 3 star to a 5 if it works well when he uses it!—So far I’m really disappointed. My package just arrived and it looks like it’s a used product. The packaging is all scratched up and so is the grinder. This was clearly a returned item. Im super frustrated because this is a Christmas gift for my husband and I doubt I would have enough time to exchange or return it. Not sure if it works but really hoping it does (it’s charging now) Fingers crossed :(
