They are of standard, normal thickness, slim! Just nice & bright for children’s shoes, I use the two together in one shoe for added comfort, they don’t wear down as easy as other insoles, would recommend .

Bought these a few years ago, think it’s just the 1 pair in the pack, the best thing about them is the bright colour, they are Very Thin!! I was disappointed ., costly and not worth it tbh, I buy lots of shoe insoles and still haven’t found ideal types, but Skechers shoes insoles are the best yet, I just take them out old shoes/ wash them & replace in new shoes.

Q: Would this be suitable for uk size 4?

According to the features listed, the length is 23 cm and a uk size 4 is 22.5, so it could just fit. I have not tried in such size, only children's size 10, and what I noted is that the guides on the soles are not loyal to the shoe sizes, so it is better to get the foot or another shoe as a template before cutting - and cutting a bit bigger in first instance to then adjust to the true size.
