I bought these to secure a swing seat which was blown over twice in high winds. There haven't been any such winds since I installed them but they are very strong and secure and I am sure they will do the job well. One word of caution is that when using an electric drill to screw them into the ground be very careful and make sure you start slowly and have a very firm grip as the drill may spin and twist/injure your wrist, especially if the ground is hard or rocky. Also, when installing anything like this I always put a small amount of grease on the thread of the eye to make sure they are easy to undo, especially as they will be exposed to the outside elements.

Does exactly what it says on the box. Very easy to drive into the ground. The added socket attachment is perfect. I only used a Makita cordless drill and it managed.

Good, but not really long enough for the kinds of high winds we're getting in the UK these days. The one's I bought came out of the ground in recent high winds, even though they were well secured into firm soil at 45 degrees. The DIY wooden stakes I had in before held up no problem.
