In the past I used to get these treatments done professionally in a clinic, meaning I spent a lot of money in each of those sessions. But it was worth it because I could see how some of my stubborn fat was melting away (i.e. my saddles and cellulites in my thights). For a fraction of the price, as I know it's something I want to continue doing as it's great for shaping your body, I decided this was a good investment of my money and gifted this to me as an early self Christmas present.I bought this machine after reading tons of reviews online and watching many YouTube videos. I received it in November, so I've been using it already for a couple of months. It's a great machine. First of all, the packaging is robust and protects it very well for the shipping, which was something I was really worried about when I ordered it. It comes with safety certificates and each part individually wrapped and separated from other parts so they can't clash and break. The only assembling you need to do to the machine is putting the cryolipolysis holders on the sides with the provided screws and plugging in all the cables and tubes which was easy enough after I had watched a couple of YouTube videos, as otherwise it might be challenging for some. The instructions provided are not terrible but they won't resolve many of your questions!To use the machine you'll need two things: for cavitation and RF, you need to apply ultrasound gel, that you can also order from Amazon (and I recommend you going for a big bottle as you'll need to use it quite a bit). For vacuum you need a good quality essential oil (maybe one for massaging, that I also ordered in Amazon) and to use very little, or the excess oil can go into the vacuum airways and block it a bit. I also recommend you exfoliate before doing using the vacuum as this will also get rid of dry skin and cells, that can also be suctioned by the vacuum. Never use gel in the vacuum. You don't need to use gel or oil for the cryolipolysis.The cavitation, three RF heads to accommodate for different body areas and the vacuum are great and powerful, and it's what you'd expect from getting the treatments professionally done. I have used the cryolipolysis but it is one of the functions I use the least in this machine simply because it's so comfortable that I have the impression it's not going to work! But nothing wrong with the machine and I'll be trying it more as I know the benefits are spectacular.When you turn on the machine, it's already ready to be used. The first screen is the menu of the options you have. Each of the heads and functions has additional patterns and settings, so you can start from a low/moderate setting and build it up slowly to other more powerful. I actually recommend again watching a few tutorials in YouTube to learn how to maximise the functions, how do you need to move the heads in your body to burn fat better, what areas to treat and which ones not (i.e. cavitation is not good when applied to areas where there's bones), how many times it's safe to do it per week and what combinations of functions work better together (i.e. RF then cryolipolysis, or cavitation then vacuum).I had a problem with the machine and it was efficiently and satisfactorily resolved by the company. My vacuum stopped working a few weeks ago and when I told Elitzia, their very efficient customer support lady, Lily, was very helpful. They were in contact in good timings offering solutions I could look into as seeing if the air tube or filter were blocked and sent me a video to troubleshoot. The troubleshooting improved the suction again but it was far from perfect. So they sent me a new vacuum part free of charge that I can confirm is now in use and working as the first day, so I'm really pleased. They also accepted a return and refund of the machine if I was not satisfied but luckily I didn't need to use it. I was more keen in getting it resolved rather than returning because the machine works wonderfully.I was worried when I first ordered because I realised there were a few people who had issues and we don't know if they were resolved. I can however confirm that in my case they were resolved and looked into in good timings, so no concerns there.
