Sturdy build, sleek design, mildly frustrating assembly, excellent customer service.
I had been in the market for a patio swing since Mid March. My issue was finding a swing with a near 800lb weight capacity for the price of one that generally has a 550lb weight capacity. I finally stumbled upon this one and was lucky enough that it was in stock and it came with a $60 discount. Shipping and handling was a nightmare but low and behold the package arrived, mangled with rips and holes in the cardboard. At that point I’m beginning to think I see why I got the discount because it looked like they shipped me a returned product. But I said the heck with it and started unboxing everything. All parts were labeled, wrapped in plastic and/or bubble wrap. I found only one piece that had a scratch on it and it was on a bottom base piece so I wasn’t worried about it. All the hardware, including the provided Allen wrench and open ended wrench, was labeled on a segmented cardboard with plastic overlay. The tools are crap, IMO. If you are a patient person and enjoys taking your time to assemble a project, you can use the provided tools. I am not, therefore I used a socket wrench with 1/2 and 3/8’s sockets and screwdriver with the proper hex bit. This is a tedious process, took much longer than I thought, and becomes a 2 man job the further you get into the build. The manual is pretty easy to comprehend with the exception of a step or two involving the positioning of bars attached to the seat.On to performance. It’s a damn sturdy swing. I’m a big man and there was no shifting or creeks while swinging. The seat and back is made with a breathable mesh. And it’s comfortable. Now I probably will buy a cushion for the bottom seats but that’s just for added comfort. The seat easily fits 3 standard sized adults. After all things considered, I would recommend this swing, even at the full price listed. Other than the shotty shipping and handling, the absurd tools they provide you to assemble the swing with, and the manual that lacks some needed detail, this is a very solid swing. Hope this helped.***Updated*** A customer service rep from the manufacturer reached out to me after reading this review to thank me for my input and to assure me that they will be addressing my concerns regarding the instruction manual and the tools they provide.

This swing is literally perfect!!!
Super easy build, and I absolutely love it! It’s very sturdy. Says it’s a two person build but I did it just fine by myself. Probably assembled in about an hour total. Instructions were clear and so far it’s comfy and just what I was wanting for my small front porch.Edit of review, still love the swing but the canopy was so hard to get on and it ripped the fabric trying to get the eyelet lined up with the hole. Annoying but we made it work.

Beautiful swing and a pleasure to sit in.
This swing is incredible. It is sturdy and so gorgeous! Quite a chore to put together. The instructions could have been better, but it was so worth the challenge.

My favorite outdoor piece of furniture!
I love this swing and when the weather is nice, I am outside in it. I love that the swings are independent. I get to swing at my own pace, not someone else’s. The swings are pretty comfortable, if it’s too stiff for you, you could always add an outside chair cushion. So far I haven’t had the need to add any extra cushions.Took two of us to put it together. It was fairly easy, just make sure you are putting the right pieces in the right place, facing the right way. I had the tendency to find a piece and just attach it. After I was in several steps I realized something was on backwards. It will be worth the extra time to do it right the first time. Now, when it comes to the canopy, that is another story. We got it together alright, but attaching it to the frame was impossible. With both of us pulling as hard as we could, we couldn’t get it on the frame. Finally had to get our young, buffed neighbor over to help. With three of us we still had a hard time. Let’s just say the canopy will not be coming off, it is permanently on the frame.Even though the canopy was a hassle to put on, I love how easy it is to tilt and adjust as the sun moves. If we have company over, the swings in the backyard are always taken. I highly recommend this swing, you will love it once it’s put together. Just know it will take at least two people to assemble.
