Do these gloves come up small or large size wise when you get them?

These are small mate. I would always buy large in disposable and work gloves. I got these and they don’t quite cover the heel of your hand properly. XL would have been better.

Are these gloves waterproof?

Nooo. they are not. I specifically used them at rainy day and they were totally wet. Also, the upper layer partially gone off because of the water. They are not tru tactical either. Too weak
