K10 supports 2 years free use and update; After 2 years,even if you don't want to pay for the update,you also can still use all the features of the expired version of the software. There's just no access to subsequent updated versions of the software and the new features that may be added. (Note:The terminal update cost is 399 $/Year).

Does this scanner do egr coding?
