It looked unique and funFun toy:Quite original, my pup loves to fetch it up, shake it silly and play tug of war with it. I would say this is his overall favorite toy. It is holding up very well!

Just got a puppy and he loves playing tug of war with this. It's half his size so it's hilarious watching him carrying it around. Went to my daughter's house and took it with me in the puppy bag. My pup played tug of war with her two black labs who loved it! One of them kept hiding it from us. As we were leaving, she grabbed it and nonchalantly took it downstairs, hid it, then came up and laid down. LOL My daughter found it for me but I decided to buy another one for her dogs. This way, I don't have to bring mine over and search the house for it after. It is well made, pretty quiet and all the dogs love it! It is worth the price and then some. It arrived yesterday and I took it over to my daughter's house. The black labs were thrilled!!

I've bought four of these toys which are clearly manufactured by the same company (design and materials are easily different from other brands) and can only say that the durability (at the seams, which is where the toy fails) has varied from toy to toy a great deal. Four stars because the quality control is not, apparently, very good. But the toys that hold up, hold up three times as well as other brands, so maybe expect to win a few, lose a few?

This is my dogs absolute favorite toy. We have bought multiple. They usually last him a long time but I’m so afraid when he wears it out I won’t be able to get another so I always buy two lol. It’s very easy to play tug of war with and my boy just goes nuts for this one!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My husky loved this toy but he destroyed it very quickly.

This was purchase for a freind who has adopted 3 sibling pups. He reports that they each grab an apendage and play a game of tug-of-war. Good quality and has lasted through the rough play.

This is an interactive toy that a person should use to play *with* their puppy or dog, but NOT let them play with it alone.After just the first 5-minute tug play session, my puppy had ripped the fabric strip off the rhino's nose and gulped it down before I realized she had torn it off, and the white elastic strip inside the green felt-y area began to unravel and long strands of it began separating off. These long elastic strands could be very dangerous for a dog and result in expensive surgery if it gets wound up inside the digestive tract of the puppy or dog.After that, I checked the toy over thoroughly, and cut off the tail to make sure my puppy couldn't rip it off and swallow that too, and check the elastic part carefully before I engage my puppy in playing with it.Pros: I like the material (the lighter green "skin" of the rhino, and the darker green stretchy felt) of the toy. It isn't really easy for human hands to hold onto this toy, but puppy teeth can latch onto it easily.Cons: Many people give toys like these to their dogs for self-play. Even with close and carefuly supervision, it really isn't a safe toy if you aren't expecting it to come apart as I've described above. It's also hard to get the squeaker to squeak, and it's a pretty faint squeaker.
