Wax Cartridges Defective
The wax itself is good quality, however, the Wax Cartridges are defective and drop the wax when you try to roll it on the body.It shall be just this lot as I have been using it for some time and had no issues with the product, but I would report the problem, which can be assessed by the seller and manufacturing company.

So hard to pull off!
I bought this thinking it would be gentle on the skin but it seems like it is too hard to pull off that it feels like my skin would come off. Left me red at all places. And got bruised because of this. I am quite a PRO at waxing myself as I am doing it for a long time but ordered this wax for the first time. Seriously I am scared to use it now and I bought a set of 12. Would not recommend it all. Sorry.
