Whenever we need to be out of home for more than one day, we usually will ask friend to come over and look after our cat. With that in mind we invested the pet snowy litter box, feeder and water fountain. Overall they deliver great results. This water fountain has quality material and well considered design. the water container can be removed from base for cleaning and refill. We use filtered water and this water fountain also includes one. The pump in general is quiet, at lease our cat doesn't mind the gentle noise it makes. The light can be turned off by the app. I still clean up the water bowl each day and refill with fresh filtered water to keep it clean. If we need to go out for a few days we think it will be fine. The app is very simple with some basic controls such as on / off, continuous or 3 minutes running + 1 minute off duty cycle, light on and off, plus filter and cleaning reminder. Our cat adapted to it quickly and seems to enjoying using it.

Except for the top plate not being recessed enough to prevent water getting everywhere from the cats’ exuberant lapping up of the water, this is a nice water fountain it sits on a base that is plugged in so it is easy to take the chamber off to fill and clean without having to unplug and replied each time. We have 4 cats so it will need to be filled every couple of days. All four cats took to it quickly. I like that you can set it to continuous or to cycle on and off and can set the cycling time (both time on and time off). It also has a do not disturb feature so that it can be turned off. The hum can be annoying at times where I have it. It’s actually barely noticeable, and would likely not bother most people. The light can also be turned on and off. Overall, a good purchase. The fountain does tell you when it is low on water. It should probably let you know earlier as it starts gurgling much earlier than when it alarms and turns off. Initially I thought it lacked the ability to detect low water because of this.

We recently welcomed home our new kitten Reddington. We were told he likes to drink from a fountain rather than the traditional water bowl. The minimalistic design is a plus as it fits in with any style of decor. We 100% recommend this fountain to help keep your fur baby properly hydrated :)

I've got two cats in the house who seem to love drinking from this - at worst they're ambivalent and thirsty. However, I'm sure they appreciate the filter keeping the water clean, and the drain around the border is small enough to keep debris from getting inside. The reservoir is decently sized and can keep my cats hydrated for a couple of days before it needs refilling. Make sure to replace the filter often.

I am becoming a petsnowy fan ever since I got their automatic litter box.This is such a great fountain drink. My cats were immediately hooked on it once I plugged it in. We used to have a bowl of water but it would get really murky with hair and litter.It's quiet and my cats love it so no complaints. ✨️

The app doesn’t work with this fountain as it says it does, and the unit itself is INCREDIBLY loud even with regular cleanings twice a week. I ended up ordering a Petlibro unit to replace this one and it’s been much better. My advice, save your money on this one and go for the Petlibro if you want something quieter that’s wireless and works with the provided apps.

I just wanted to note something special about the customer support for this product and let everyone know that the manufacturer does stand by their customers. Even though I bought this a year ago, when they saw my updated post they reached out to me and offered a full refund. So, regardless of the issues that I experienced, I can definitely vouch for the customer satisfaction. Thank you, PetSnowy.**********This product was great out of the box and worked great for about 6-8 months. Fairly easy to clean, always ran well, loved the nightlight and being able to know that my Lucy had fresh, clean water when we were out of town for a night or two.After this time period I noticed what looked like dirt on the top edge where she drank and immediately pulled the unit apart to find that the filter looked like it had grown mold on it. I threw the filter away (after only using it for less than a week), scrubbed the unit down (I generally scrubbed it twice/week), added fresh water and a new filter and all was well again. For about 3 days until I noticed the dark spot again. Went back through the whole cleaning process and figured I must have a bad lot of filters. So I contacted PetSnowy and they happily sent me a whole new box of filters for free.After another month or so of this, and contacting PetSnowy again - who, BTW, offered to replace the entire unit - I realized that the problem is actually the inability to pull apart the pump and clean it inside. Changing out the water and cleaning it on even a daily basis wasn't going to make a difference and I didn't want to affect the freshness of the water by soaking the pump in anything. So I ended up throwing the unit in the garbage and buying something else.Perhaps PetSnowy can look at the design of the pump and come up with one that you can pull apart and clean thoroughly, like the new unit that I ended up buying.Side note: I still do love the litter box and the automatic feeder, which continue to work extremely well!

My cat simply loves this fountain. Previous, he had to share a water bowl with the dogs. I set this fountain up on a high shelf, and now he can drink water peacefully.I love that it tells me when it is low on water. So simple to use!
