I have a lot of lower stomach pain and these are so much more discreet than using a hot water bottle - just stuck it to my underwear and away I went without feeling self conscious at work! Heat lasted 12 hours, which was amazing.

Use these for a back injury. Easy to use as they’re air activated so no messing around as they start to heat up as soon as you take them out of the pack, the heat stays in them all night. Just stick them on the outside of your underwear and away you go.

I like the adhesion of the pads as they adhered very well. I had a fall and damaged my ribs and the heat pads helped with pain relief along with painkillers.

I have been having SI joint problems and lots of pain for some time. It got worse recently and I usually use a microwaveable gel pad - but these are not always heated evenly and go cold quite quickly. Also I was going away for a few days and wouldn't be abl;e to heat my pad anywhere so I tried these heat packs.They do take a little while to heat up once applied, possibly because they react to air and when I put it on my back (stuck to my underclothes and not directly next to my skin) they get limited air. But heat they do! They really help alleviate my back pain and have helped keep me toasty as I walk my dog (the source of the pain).The pack says to not wear when sleeping and this is probably because they can get much hotter if they are pressed - such as when lying on your back, but I addanother layer of clothing or turn on my side.The heat pack has lasted up to about 14 hours so far - particularly if the last few hours are sleeping on it.

Disappointed to find product exactly the same as cura heat and not as big as illustration suggested.

I have ordered these twice, as I forgot to change the delivery address 🙄. My 81 year old mother was suffering greatly from pain, after a knee replacement, and anyone having had one, knows how painful they are, and I needed a convenient aid for the pain, when the drugs weren’t always hitting the mark. My mother found the instructions very easy to follow, which is a bonus, some things can get confusing, and was nicely surprised by the relief the patch gave. The ease of sticking the patch to clothing meant there was no trying to carry a hot water bottle everywhere for relief, a struggle when walking with crutches! Also anyone that is in the know, also is aware that doing the regular physio is very painful so have the heat pad in place for relief is very useful.Ordering was straight forward, updates were frequent with delivery quick and easy, and the product is very effective, just read the instructions, the patch is stuck to your clothing NOT your skin.Finally, supporting a family run business or a small business, that is run well and efficiently is a must for me.

I bought those heat pads to use in the rare event where it would be so cold that my clothes or my kids clothes wouldn't be enough for the weather despite good preparation, and it was quite scary to see that when I finally did need them, they were basically useless.The first issue that you will almost instantly notice, is that they stick extremely poorly to the clothes. This is particularly frustrating if you move at all, like walking around or even going from standing to sitting, as they will lose their grip even more and will quickly fall off. This just makes them barely usable.Then the other issue is that they are barely warm, this is not at all enough to compensate any loss of body heat and you will be left freezing as if you didn't have any body warmer.

Excellent keeps warm in minus temperatures and cheaper than having to put the heating on! Saves in bills!
