Aside from the OG Irish Moss for brewing, Whirlfloc is the best. I love it for brewing any and all types of beer or wine aside from IPAs. This stuff makes your brew settle out way better than cold crashing or just Irish Moss alone. Do yourself a favor if you want clear beer and buy this stuff to add to your boil.
