Super easy to use, way less expensive than IUI/IVF, which was our next step. Husband and I were trying for 1.5 years, undiagnosed infertility. On my 3rd round of letrozole (no dosage adjustment), we decided to try this. Was it this? Was my body finally adjusted to the meds? I’m not sure, but I’m currently 5w 4d!!!!!

This kit came as described and was easy to use. We were still not successful with our pregnancy attempts, but that is no fault of this product. This was high quality and design.

We received the IUI kit and overall, it’s a really good product. It’s easy to use and everything feels clean and well-packaged. However, it came with only one cup and two syringes, even though the description mentioned it should include two cups. That was a bit disappointing. We'll definitely keep you updated on whether it works as expected!

It could be a coincidence, but I used this product one time and got pregnant. I had been trying to get pregnant for 6 months and thought what's the hurt in trying this?...I read something that said women's discharge sometimes stop the sperm from traveling up to the cervix for protcetion so I thought id help the swimmers by putting them as far up as I could. It was easy to use and easy to clean.

Pregnant on the first try! My actual ovulation was almost 2 weeks after my “projected fertile window”. After using a million ovulation strips and trying the old fashioned way almost every day for weeks, I was sore and exhausted. As soon as I got the positive ovulation, we used the kit and I’m pregnant! Had been trying for years beforehand and had our first appointment with a fertility center the next month that we got to cancel. Saved us thousands of dollars and painful procedures! Miracle product

We’re optimistic because of the other good reviews.Pros - if you scan the QR code and read / follow the instructions it’s very easy to use, comfortable, and almost zero mess.Cons: I’m worried the syringe may not be suitable for people with a longer cervix. Also, applicators aren’t sold separately so if you need more than two you have to buy the entire kit again (at least here on Amazon, we didn’t check elsewhere). It just seems like a lot of needless plastic waste to have to buy multiple collection cups along with extra applicators when you can wash & reuse the cup.We’ve been trying for over a year. Fingers crossed.1st update: we used both syringes and followed instructions and no luck on month 1. Still TTC but trying again month 2. Will come back & update either way.3 stars because of the lack of ability to buy syringes separately, the length of the syringes, and also because it hasn’t been effective for us yet.
