No cons all pros!
I've been drinking quad shot expresso for over 10 years. Probably not the healthiest thing to do... I read that drinking coffee depletes magnesium from your body so I did some research and came across this supplement... I took it and after the first day I woke up feeling refreshed! I've been taking it for a month now and I'm about to re-up on this! love this!

HELPS ME SLEEP
I am 72 years old. I have had problems falling asleep and staying asleep all of my life. I have tried OTC sleep products. I have tried Melatonin which makes me drowsy in the morning and gives me a morning headache.I take 2 KindNature gummies 2 hours before I want to fall asleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to go after 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

NOT for kids, falsely advertised for kids
This product should have zero stars. I got this for my 7yo child. This product is NOT for kids as advertised. We had to call poison control after giving her just one as they have pictured. Thankfully she was okay. But I don’t know how a company advertising something for kids. No where on the images here does it say not for kids under 18. But you have a picture of a child holding a gummy. And state that it’s one gummy for kids ages 4-13. I contacted Amazon. I emailed the company. But this has 5 times the recommended dose of magnesium citrate for kids and almost double that of magnesium glycinate. Change your pictures and advertise correctly. Completely disgusted and mad that I gave this to my daughter. Here I was trying to find something with less sugar, since she won’t swallow pills. And making sure it says third party tested and GMP certified as I researched that’s what you need. Take this off the shelves and don’t sell to people. What if others don’t check and don’t compare. I hope no one buy this
