Reasonably bright light and it seems sturdy. Good value

Works well, but sometimes the power switch can be annoying as I have turned the light on and find that it's in a different mode than when I turned it off.A lot of people don't realize that you can replace the AAA alkaline battery holder with a 18650 rechargeable cell for a longer lasting rechargeable flashlight.

This is a very bright flashlight, which uses an LED rather than a bulb. As a consequence, battery life is good. It requires either a 18650 rechargeable battery, or 3 AAA batteries, none of which are included. I have tried it with both types of batteries, and it is bright and useful using either power source. It is made of a strong aluminum alloy and will hold up to drops and other rough treatment. It is controlled by one tail-mounted power button, and can show either a steady light or a flashing light. This is not the brightest or the smallest flashlight that I use for camping, but it is a good compromise between brightness, light weight, and battery life. At this price point it is a good value.

Worked very well for three days. On the fourth day, I clicked the button and nothing happened. I found that the pieces in the bottom portion of the flashlight disconnected from each other and no longer completed the circuit. Tried to put it back together, for hours, and finally gave up. It may have been a good flashlight had it not fell apart so quickly.
