Nice battery box
Nice battery box, good quality, correct size (Group 27).

It works well in my applicatation
I'm a ham radio operator. I am the leader of about 30 hams in our faith based group. We focus on emergency comunications for our chiurch and the community. One ham works for a medical supplier of x-ray, MRI, and CAT scanners. These systems have power back up UPS systems. When the bacnks of batteries are changed he donates the batteries to our group. I test them and recycle those that are near end of life. The balance I charge, load test and then put anywher from 2 to for 4 batteries in this box. I Install a volt meter, USB charger, Andersons Power Pole connectors, an automotive fuse, and other charging ports the hams use to power ham radios. This BATYTERY BOX is well built, and meets our needs perfectly ! I also buy all the other parts Iv'e mentioned from Amazon.

Nice battery box and reasonably priced
This replaces an older battery box that was worn out. Unlike what some others have stated, all of the parts were in the package, box, box top, strap and hardware. Yes there are top vents that may let water in, but that is an easy fix with tape or glue, and as others have said, the boxes seem to be well vented with the box top protrusions. I added a couple of drilled out bottom holes to allow any water to drain. I am pleaseed with this purchase.
