Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've used Dell laptops professionally and personally for decades. Professionally the Dell laptops were purchased by the State of Florida for my work.I had to travel with my work transporting the laptop along with me.I've used Dell laptops personally as well - bought on my own. They are a great value & operations are superb.

no backlit keyboard as described in info about computer
Misleading information of what you ordered. Came with no backlit Keyboard. Computer to forever to set up. Speed of the computer was so slow. Never saw a computer take this long to set up.
