I've tried a number of different probiotics for my IBS and acid reflux. A lot of them can have the adverse effect of antagonising the situation and causing brain fog or other side effects. I actually rate this product quite a lot. It seems to have drastically settled my stomach and mitigated my acid reflux, which I think is testament to the bacillus coagulans strain that it contains. I've only been taking it for 3-4 days so far, so it's maybe a bit early to tell, but initial signs are very promising. Obviously, IBS involves a number of factors such as stress and overall diet, so it's not going to be an outright cure but it certainly helps to diminish symptoms.

I started making Milk Kefir 18 months ago after having some digestive problems linked to a course of antibiotics taken after a knee operation. It helped in sorting out the problems and I have continued to take the drink daily.The benefits of taking probiotics are well documented and they have been linked with; balancing gut flora which helps to prevent and treat diarrhoea, heart health, helping with allergies such as eczema, weight loss and boosting the immune system. Most people these days do not get enough probiotics in their diets and gut flora can be damaged by too much sugar in our diets, too much alcohol and stress.I have trialled the Lactospore capsules for a month, stopping the Milk Kefir production. The bottle contains three months supply, one a day, and each capsule contains a billion bacteria which is generally considered to be a beneficial dose. As when I started with Milk Kefir, there was a period of adjustment with some mild “digestive turbulence” for 3-4 days. After that, I can neither see nor feel any difference when compared with the Milk Kefir. The big advantage of the Lactospore capsules is the convenience. Making Milk Kefir is a bit messy and time consuming. It needs refrigerating and batches do vary in taste and composition. If you are travelling or away for a weekend, you need a means of keeping it cold. There can also be issues for those who are lactose intolerant or just don't like milk, although many find that there is no problem. The Lactospore capsules do not need refrigeration and the bacteria, Bacillus Coagulans, are not harmed by acidic conditions in the gut.For the sort of busy lifestyle where getting effective quantities of probiotics in a measured and convenient way is difficult, the Lactospore capsules will be an answer.

I've had a weak digestive system for many years, prone to bloating and inflammation, usually when eating wheat foods.I eat beneficial foods such as yoghurt, kefir etc and if I avoid bad foods, wheat and eat "perfectly" I'm fine.However, socialising and eating out is real life - I fall off the wagon now and again accepting I will just need to suffer symptoms and discomfort until I eat perfectly again.I bought this, took it for a few weeks and it seems to have strengthened my system.In fact, I ate lots of heavy foods and wheat, with symptoms reduced by 90%!I decided to really push it as I felt so well (!) and ate pizzas, what foods I usually avoid, no yoghurt etc for 2 weeks straight and I was amazed that I had so few symptoms.I think shows that this survives in the gut as I take it with coffee!I'm very happy and will definitely continue to take this.Thanks for such a great product that really works for me.

I have used a lot of baceria support products and although I don't doubt that this one works, I do not think it was as worthwhile for my body.Everybody's body is different, and will need to fed in different ways in order to thrive. For others this product may work wonders.I think a good product for those who are new to or returning to probiotics, as it is gentle on the stomach and therefore suitable for a wide range of people.

It came have been taking them so far havent seen any change but when it does i should know

I buy quite a lot of my supplements from LLS .This is the second time I have Purchased these probiotics and they do seem to do the trick .I only really noticed how good they were once I stopped taking them..Also for people who have trouble swallowing capsules these are tiny compared to some other brands.And are exceptionally good value for money .
