Easy to use
Ii didn’t get activated until the last minute on the day I listed it for activation. Made me a little nervous but it did activate. Worked immediately in the USA. Just been in the Midwest but working great. Sure saved a lot of money compared to paying £5 a day for coverage with 3

Fraudulent and False Claims
Do not buy this sim card, it's an absolute scam. I bought a two month sim card for my trip to the US. It worked for the first month, then service stopped and the number was disabled. The customer service for TSIM said they would fix it and I have never heard from them again, so I assume they have no intention of providing what I paid for. It has cost me a fortune in roaming fees and trying to get data service in the US, in addition to faulty product. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy this.

Worked fine in Las Vegas and Tahoe region
Used this SIM for a 2 week vacation in Navada and California. Registered it in UK a few days before leaving for US. On arrival in US it registered and just worked. I discovered that you can install the US version of the Lyca app in the US so that you can monitor your data usage. I used 2GB in two weeks. There were regions with no coverage out in the desert, but I guess that is to be expected. I was using 4G as my phone is not 5G capable. For £20 it's probably cheaper than the roaming charges of a UK provider. I have a dual SIM phone so I could still receive calls and messages on my UK number. Gave my US number out to people and it worked fine. Also used the 'call home' feature to sort out a problem with roaming on my UK SIM.

Stopped working after 1 month. Paid for 2 months.
The sim stopped working after 1 month. I paid for 2 months. I had to add credit and buy a new plan to continue with the same phone number while in the US. Not what I expected.

Worked perfectly
I paid £19.99 for the 30 day Sim and it worked perfectly during a two week stay in Florida. When WiFi was not available it only connected to the 4g network but did so without any issues. One of my Daughters ran up a £92 phone bill while in USA and another paid £6 per day to use her O2 allowance. They both now wish they had purchased this sim card instead. The temporary phone number you get is likely recycled and some reviewers have had random calls but I was lucky enough to get none.Simple to follow instructions and you're up & running. Will 100% use again on my next visit to USA.

Didn't work as described
I bought this in advance of a US trip but unfortunately it did not work at all. The tech support was sort of responsive, writing emails every couple of hours, but then stopped responding after they failed to fix it. I spent a lot of time on this for it to ultimately not work, and also didn't get a refund.

Worked fine for me
I was dubious as the product wasn't listed on Lyca mobile own site, the item arrived in quite 'amateur' packaging, but followed the instructions (activate in the UK). So activated on Friday giveng the date of following Tuesday (day landed in states) - stepped of plane and restarted the phone, had access to mobile network and could use data etc as expected.

Did not work in USA
We registered and followed all instructions carefully and despite my husband emailing the company for help got no acknowledgment or help So the phone showed no service for our USA trip starting in Washington DC We then arrived in Philadelphia and then it would only allow emergency calls Now in New York and still says emergency calls only Totally useless My husband needed this to ring his elderly mother in UK and has been very disappointing.
