The initial delivery had been damaged in transit but the seller reached out to me immediately and proactively offered a replacement at no extra cost to me. The second delivery was fine. The fingerprint sensor and touch screen for pin code all work as described, nice little date and time function along with a heavy, solid feeling construction. Happy Customer.

Nice Medium Secure Box
Bought this for my wife a while back to put her jewellery inside whilst on holiday and the box fitted exactly inside the hotel room safe, she used it every night whilst she was away so it must be ok.

Poor Battery life
Sturdy product, works well… However, batteries drain in 3-4 days. Top brand batteries are drained in 7 days. I don’t know why as the screen switches off as does the internal light.

Stopped working within 2 months
Was a good safe but after less than 2 months the fingerprint and keypad mechanism has stopped working. Spent £70 and returns only offered for 30 days.

Excellent Portable Safe
I really like this portable safe, which I will be using for travel purposes. Its light enough to put in a suitcase without adding too much bulk or weight, and sturdy enough that it will deter any opportunist thieves. It has the cable which you can attach to a fixed object, such as a radiator pipe, so it isn't something that can just be picked up and carried away.With a 4 digit combination lock, or access via the keys (2 are supplied), this will definitely meet my needs. I got the plastic one, which yes could be smashed open with a hammer, but that wouldn make a lot of noise. Mine will be in a hotel room and will stop any potential thieves who may have access to my room, such as hotel maids, from stealing my travel money and passport etc.I would recommend this product to anyone who is on the fence.
