I gave this 5 stars because it’s super cute and everyone that has come over to my house has said the same thing. It’s doesnt look cheap like people have said. they use real metal and the bulb on the bottom is glass. The small “crystals” mesh do seem to be plastic but you can’t tell unless you touch them, and for the price, why are people complaining?Con: this wasn’t easy to install. The directions are useless, and blurry to boot. The wires are European so the colors don’t match and you’re left guess, so I messed up. (Luckily, my dad’s an electrition and he fixed it for me)The other con is, the bar to screw your light in is a single bar not a cross bar. So I had to spend more money to get a cross bar so my lamps wouldn’t hang sideways.Other than that... great lamp!!!

My wife picked these out and they are quite attractive. When they arrived they came without ANY instructions on assembly or making them function. Muddled through the mounting despite too long screws r equiring ugly washers and an opening far too small for any hand to reach the cap screw. Finally getting it together and turned it on and it FAILED TO FUNCTION WHATSOEVER!!! They provide plastic wall anchors to attach to the wall but there is a ground wire in the fixture which obviously is required to attach to ground somewhere. But if no box they where??!!! Again, no wiring instructions or guidelines enclosed either. Bottom line is they will not function at any level as shipped and once again my wife is disappointed. It is obvious that there is some trick involved but since it has an attached plug in cord with correct grounded spade on it, there should be no such requirement in the fixture. Tried to contact Customer service but the outgoing message referred me to web site where no way to contact seller seems to exist to resolve the matter. I don't want to return, I want to fix the problem!!WAKE UP AMAZON. DON'T SELL WHAT CANNOT BE INSTALLED AND FUNCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL ME, YOU HAVE THE NUMBER.

I love the look of this light! I bought 2 of these and put them on the wall and one of them didn't work at all. I returned the one and have had the other one for less than 2 months and it stopped working completely. Again I love the look of this lamp and really want to order a new one but it's not worth it if it's either gonna not work at all or only work for a couple of months.

I should have kept scrolling down on the reviews! How did I miss that this product comes with NO instructions and after you mount it, plug it in, it does not work after all that! Ordered the correct bulbs and still in the dark! 😩

Love it!!!! It was not easy to install. Luckily my husband is a builder and after much Frustration, he was able to hang it. Once up it looks awesome.I’ve heard a lot of complaints about the bulbs you have to put in it, I simply just ordered them not a big deal.

The shipping was fast and the packaging was great! The lamp itself is gorgeous but the wiring is very flimsy. If I were an electrician I could rewire it and be extremely happy . Sadly, I am not an electrician and I found some similar sconces for the same price at Lowe's on clearance that have much better wiring, so I'm returning these. As others have said, the instructions are blurry and unless you understand European wiring, they're pretty much useless. They take a different size of bulb base than the average lamp, so if you purchase these, buy the E14 bulbs at the same time or you won't be able to turn them on and test them out.

The lighting is beautiful but the light bulbs that are needed should be mention in the title because they are expensive. Also the wooden pull should be changed to match the overall glam effect of the light fixtures.

This item looks beautiful indeed. However, my certified electrician struggled to install it and he stated the pull chain on and off switch does not work. I told him to install it anyway! Now I have to lift the globe to tighten the bulb for on and off lighting. Disappointed Customer. 🤦‍♀️

Products is lovely however the instructions are not in plain English and are incorrect anyway! Took well over 2 hours to install when should have been am hour max! Do like the look of it now though, nice touch to the room. I would say if you are buying make sure you know what you are doing when it comes to electrics otherwise you will be there for hours
