Works well
The laptop has a few scratches, but nothing that bothers me. The computer is working well. It's very fast, and I like it. I found it a bit heavier than I'd like, but I don't think it will be a problem. Hopefully, the battery won't be an issue in the future, and that's it.

The computer overheats and shutdown after one hour of use, I returned it and Im still waiting for a refund 🥲

Battery isn't during more that 4 hours
The device has a lot of positive features, but the battery does not last more than 4 hours.

Not a clean install of Windows, LOADED WITH MALWARE
Physically the machine was in decent shape, but when I went to install some software, I found issues with the directory structure indicating that whoever “refurbished” it did not do a clean install of Windows. Then I found that the laptop made multiple attempts to reach out to known servers when I put it on my home Nighthawk network and I hadn’t installed anything beyond Chrome, Firefox, and VLC.Not sure who the refurbished was, but they need to do a WAY better job.

Worst Deal
First, the item took more than 30 days to be shipped which frustrated me. Secondly, the item came with a lot of physical defects. Some of the the described features are missing. This is the worst deal I've ever done on Amazon.

Defective
The laptop sent to me wouldn’t turn on. There was even a post-it on it that said “won’t turn on”. Total waste of time. Now have to send it back and wait up to 30 days for a refund.
