Sturdy, well-made, & effective, so much better than others I’ve tried
I’ve bought several sets of inexpensive griddle accessories here on Amazon and at Walmart. Frankly, I should just have spent the money and bought these first. The cheaper sets had too much flex, thinner metal, and deformed easily, making working on the griddle harder than it needed to be. I finally gave up trying to save money and bought the Mercer Culinary Hell's Handle:Grill Scraper, 4 Inch x 4-1/2 Inch, MaroonSquare Edge Turner/Spatula, 6 Inch x 3 InchHeavy Duty Turner/Spatula, 5 Inch x 3 InchSquare Edge Turner/Spatula, 8 Inch x 3 InchCook's Fork, 8 InchI could tell the first time out, that the Mercer tools were worth every penny. They didn’t bend and flex, fighting me as I worked to stir-fry four pounds of meat and five pounds of vegetables. The edges are crisp, the metal thick and sturdy. While some folks say you should hand-wash these, I figured if they are used in restaurants (and I found them at restaurant supply stores online), those folks aren’t handwashing these. So, I’ve been throwing these in the dishwasher and after several washings, there is no sign of rust or oxidation.Side-by-side with the inexpensive tools I bought, the Mercer tools are sturdier and the metal is obviously shinier, higher quality, smoother, and polished to a sleek finish. The handles are comfortable and seem as if they will last forever. My only regret is that I wish I had bought these first. All the others are going to Goodwill. As the parent of kiddos with autism, there are causes near and dear to my heart. Let Amazon donate to your favorite charity! Excellent Tool for Kitchen
Works great, very sturdy.Used it for scraping food debris from tables and off pots and pans. Be aware that this is not a "flexing" tool - it has very stiff blade which a scraper like this should have.

Heavy Duty
This scraper is no joke. I was looking for sonething I could really put some weight behind and most of the other units would bend at the neck (point between the handle and the blade). This scrapper is thick and durable and can take beating. Yes it is expensive, once you burn your fingers on a griddle because the $12 scrapper folded like a stick of butter you'll be spending that coin on this unit.Extremely happy with the quality of the scrapper.

Great griddle scraper/cleaner!
I bought this to scrape up burnt bits and crud for my flattop griddle that I use over my barbecue grill. I was surprised that the blade on this tool isn’t really symmetrical, at least mine isn’t. It does have some sort of angle to it. It does its job very well, it scrapes the griddle very well and seems easy to clean afterwards.

Very Sturdy
Sturdy edge is sharp. I use to scrape outdoor grill grate. Better than using something with metal wires that could get in food.

Good product, but beware. Handle is not as heat resistant as you might think.
The Hell’s Handle handle is less heat-resistant than I thought it would be. I partially melted it accidentally while making smash burgers when I allow the edge of the handle to contact the griddle. It is still usable, however.

Worth the price
I would recommend if you own a restaurant, well worth the price
