Repackaged, but fine quality
It does look like the exterior foil package was opened and resealed. That said, the contents are just as good as I remember them originally. Maybe the rare ships were removed and replaced.

Nothing against the game
Nothing against the game but I’m pretty sure these are resealed packages. The cards inside also feel old and stained, like they’ve been exposed to the elements. Not ruined or anything close to it. I bought 4 and all of them but one looked like it had been resealed at the bottoms
