does it come flat packed or fully assembled?

It come fully assembled apart from the legs which have to be fastened with the supplied bolts

If I ordered with one day delivery, when would this be shipped over Christmas?

It will be shipped on the 27th Dec and delivered on the 28th

I am not sure. Having said that, I had a problem with one button losing its covering. They offered to replace the chair but when I suggested I could get the original repaired locally they offered to pay £75 to the cost of same, to which I agreed (I had it done by a local company who collected, repaired and returned for £100, so I was happy enough to pay the difference of £25 to avoid all the hassle of replacing the chair (including disassembling the old one and assembling the replacement one)). I am therefore pretty pleased with Angel Mobility.
