Unfortunately these didn't work for me. I tried them for a little over a week and all it did was give me stomach cramps and discomfort. Had to stop.

What surprised me about this is the company is that not only do they give the expiration date {Oct 2025}they also give the manufactured date {Nov 2022}.I would love for all vitamins companies to give the manufactured date and not just the expiration date,ithelps determine the freshness . Hopefully they'll post it online also.The capsules are almost see thru, kind of opaque and you can see what's inside them easilyI'll report back after usage overtime and update rating because this is something that has be used on a regular basis.

These are the standard capsule form, not too large so they are easy to swallow. It is supposed to be pre- and pro- biotics. It is supposed to help with energy and mood. I haven't noticed any noticeable effects, good or bad.

Pretty good deal for a 2 month supply if you take these daily. I tried them for a week and it seemed to help me go to the bathroom once a day (when I wasn’t before). The ingredients also include activated charcoal which is great for upset stomachs. Tasteless and easy to swallow

The ingredients in this are great so I thought id try it out. I don't know how well it works because it doesn't really make a difference but I also have ibs so might only work for normal stomachs

This formula is likely to provide a potent digestive support - lots of helpful enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics, and even activated charcoal (not every probiotic has this last one). And it's in time release capsules. I always prefer probiotics to any prescription medicine to help me with digestive issues.
