Simple but effective little ball. Bought this for piriformis muscle problem which has been on going for a while. Very simple application but it works.

So annoying all these massage balls that squish and totally defeat the purpose of their existence. This one is rock solid. I got the 8cm version and it's a little big. Hope they make a slightly smaller one so it can get into the hip flexors better.

The ball has a company emblem 4cm diameter, which is recessed from the rest of the nodules; this means that when rolling it over your muscles, the ball keeps shifting about the emblem, rather than feeling like a continuous massage motion. How to spoil an otherwise good design.

I seriously injured my back falling off a container... Spent years seeing physio...accupunture and all sorts. A dancer friend recommendedme something like this. I tried a couple but thus one...
