The media could not be loaded. Beautiful tools! Much easier to clean and more sanitary than wood. My absolute favorite piece is the small Swiss cup with the dual mushroom head. The larger cup very heavy and almost difficult to use because of the weigh. The larger version of the mushroom is okay, but it would be equally as nice if it was round. Overall aesthetically it is beautiful, but some of the pieces are heavy and awkward to work with maybe one day they will make pieces that you can just purchase individually.

This helps break up the tension and muscle knotsSwedish Cup: I haven't use this one yet, but this one is supposed to help break up tension as well - I will be using this on my knees to see if they help with the pain there2-Head Facial Massage Cup: One side is a smaller cup than the Swedish Cup and can be used on the face, under the chin and the sides of the face. The other side has little nubs on it and that is great to give myself a head massage. I really love the head massage side!These are well made, quality items. This even comes with a storage pouch. The same kit comes in wood and I think stainless steel version is much better. Each tool has a nice weight and they feel good sculpting and massaging. My favorite one is the swedish cup which works well on the arms and neck/shoulder. I did try others and they work well as they should. I cannot comment on body sculpting but they do help relieve knots and pain. Both I and my wife like this set and I think the quality of each included tool is pretty good!

This is an excellent massage therapy tool set that is unlike anything I've used before. It's something that you would see in a professional massage salon or chiropractor. The set includes four unique tools that are made out of metal which have a lot of weight to them so that helps with massaging. The included instructions give some hints about how to use the tools but note that the instructions are for the wood versions of this massage set.They all glide easily over slightly oiled skin or over clothing but they do take some getting used to. The stainless steel is cold to the skin which can cause a little discomfort for a massage compared to wood or plastic tools. The large scraping tool is also very narrow so it gives pointed pressure along the tool which can be a little painful for the massage if too much pressure is applied. The dome-shaped ends also take a little getting used to. Overall, I like having this to complement my existing massage tools at home.It includes a bag large enough for all of the components but they do fall to the bottom of the bag which is not a big deal since they sit in a drawer for me.
